Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon Budget & Box Office Collection
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon
Kapil Sharma's Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon opened very well at India box office helped by the fact that Friday was a partial holiday.

First Day Box Office Collection:
10.15 Crore nett Producer Figure

9.05 Crore  nett Trade Figure

Records:

1.) First Day box office collections of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon are  highest opening ever for a newcomer in bollywood and  is much better than Hero and Heropanti two newcomer movies starring star kids

2) First day  is  better than Student of The Year's opening day which at 7.52 Crore which held the record before for  best ever opening day for a newcomer's movie. Student of the Year was a Karan Johar movie with  a budget more than 2.5 times than that of Kapil Sharma's movie.

3) First Day number is 8th  highest of 2015 which is very good coming from a TV star.

India

Being a low Budget movie this opening is spectacular for the movie.

Kapil Sharma has a strong following and that has  helped the movie take the strong opening.

Opening is good all across be it the Delhi, Gurgaon Multiplexes or smaller town like Jaipur and Raipur. Especially North India , Central India and gujarat worked very well.

The opening shows were at 30-35% on an average which is better than what many big movies have opened at this year also due to the fact that number of screens were limited.

Calendar Girls which was competing with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon especially in terms of screens at multiplexes has opened low.

Screens:
1500-1600 Pan India.

The release is limited to 5-7 shows a day on multiplex and is not a wide release like that of many star movies this limited the first day number.

Calendar Girls took away rest of the shows at multiplexes.

Budget: 20 Crores

Production Cost : 12 Crores and Prints and Advertising Costs 8 Crores

Low Salaries since all are newcomers  have helped the movie control costs.

Producers have already recovered their investment in the movie by using old style distribution methods instead of selling the movie to a corporate studio.

Producers Venus Ratan Jain  have sold the India Theatrical rights at a minimum guarantee of  8 Crores to Vashu Bhagnani.

Main Distributors have already sold the movie to smaller regional distributors based on the cracking promo and have already given an overflow profit to the producers .

Producers have also got deals for overseas rights, music and satellite for Rs 12 Crores and have completely recovered their investment.
