Baahubali Gets A Huge Screen Count In China

Bahubali, the magnum opus of India, directed by S. S. Rajamouli has broken many records at the Domestic Box Office and several International circuits. And now, the movie is all set to release on a huge scale in China.

Bahubali is expected to release in more than 5000 screens in China and its theatrical rights are acquired by E Stars, who previously released PK in China.

This deal was struck by Arka Media Intl, subsidiary of Arka Mediaworks which was established to handle the international licensing of both the parts of ‘Bahubali‘ & is headed by former Eurocorp Executive Francois Da Silva.

Francois Da Silva shared his happiness to Variety.com saying, “Bahubali has achieved so many things and acquired such a special position in Indian cinema that we are in the fortunate position of being able to negotiate with the top distributors in territories around the world. We are confident of wrapping up major deals in Latin America, Europe and other territories.”

Currently, the ‘Baahubali‘ team is attending Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto, where the screening of their film will take place.
