Aamir Khan’s Dangal arrives at Ludhiana amidst huge fan fare

After delivering a blockbuster hit with PK last year, Aamir Khan choose to have quiet 2015, working rigourously on his wrestler flick Dangal. Based on the life of wrestler  Mahavir Phogat, Aamir Khan will be seen teaching wrestling to his two onscreen daughters in the film.
Recently, the film has been making headlines as its story line is said to be similar to that of Salman Khan’s Sultan. While we will have to wait for next year to see if these speculated similarities between the two wrestler flicks are indeed true, Aamir Khan has arrived at Ludhiana to shoot for Dangal. The actor will be shooting in the villages of Ludhiana for almost three years.
Aamir walked out of the Ludhiana airport amidst huge fan fare this morning and checked into Radisson Blu Hotel around 10 am. It is being said that four villages in Ludhiana have been transformed into villages of Haryana for the shoot of Aamir Khan’s Dangal. All the shops and hoardings in the area will be changed into Hindi and Haryanvi.
Now that Aamir is in Ludhiana, all eyes will be on this city of Punjab, with fans expected to throng in great numbers to see Aamir Khan in the shoes of Mahavir Phogat.
