Khushbu reveals Diwali surprise

Sundar.C was last seen as a director with the movie 'Aambala'. Right now he directs his next venture 'Aranmanai 2''. Siddarth will be doing male lead and Trisha will be pairing opposite him. Hansika who appeared as ghost in 'Aranmanai' was also roped in to do a key role in the sequel. 

Poonam Bajwa, Kovai Sarala, Sathish, Manobala are also part of the cast. Hip-Hop Aadhi is once again scoring music for Sundar.C. The movie was produced under the Avni Cinemas banner.

Recently there was a buzz in social media that the movie has been wrapped up and it would get a release by December. But Khushbu has confirmed that the post production works are happening and the movie will hit screens only by January 2016.

Khushbu also revealed that a single track will be released on Diwali. She tweeted, "#ARANMANAI-2 1st song wl b rlsd on diwali..#Sundar.C is busy wid final post production..movie releases in jan 2016 4 Pongal..no confusions"
