Star Heroine Smuggles 5 Crore Worth Diamonds?

Bollywood tabloids have been a buzz with the reports of a hot and happening star actress who made her silver screen debut in style with a star hero a few years ago. Apparently, this star actress was smuggling diamonds worth 5-6 crore from abroad into India. When a young customs officer caught her red-handed at the customs clearance check point at the airport, she started pleading him to leave her before it becomes a big news.

But, the honest officer didn't oblige her desperate appeals and that's when the actress used her political muscle. Just when the officer was almost on the verge of charge sheeting the actress, bang got a phone call from a 'loud mouthed big wig', who apparently asked the officer to set the actress free and even 'warned' him of dire consequences if he didn't.

Apparently, the unnamed political honcho even threatened the officer against going to the media about the whole incident. The poor young man had to give in to the pressure and the actress walked away freely. The story didn't stop here. The officer has now been transferred to a remote village in Maharashtra, following couple of more such incidents.
