After 20 Days, Pay Rs 10 Lakh Per Day!

It's common knowledge by now that top heroines show stars to film producers. However, we got to know several interesting yet shocking details. Industry grapevine is that few top heroines these days are giving only 20 days call sheets for a film and if the shooting period exceeds, producers have to pay them Rs 10 Lakh per each extra day of shoot.

Even many of these top heroines are not keen on promoting the film. For taking part of promotions they are apparently charging separate amount from the makers. To turn up at events, attending press conferences and being part of promotions are all coming for a huge cost of producers.

After paying hefty amounts to star hero, star director, again shelling out big monies to star heroines too is becoming a big burden to cine producers. Apart from this, anyhow they have to pay for star comedian, music director, cinematographer and other cast, crew of the film. Many filmmakers feel that promoting their film is part and parcel of film and actresses shouldn't charge additional fee for it. Meanwhile, actresses feel they've been paid less compared to heroes.
