Vishal’s blank cheque offer to Koratala

Tamil hero, Vishal enjoys decent popularity in Telugu. Right from his Pandem Kodi, most of his films were dubbed in to Telugu and some of them raked in good numbers here. Now his next film, Payyuum Puli is being dubbed in to Telugu as Jayasurya.

It is said that Vishal is trying to expand his market in Telugu and is planning a direct Telugu movie. He recently met Koratala Siva and offered him a blank cheque remuneration if he does a project with him. However Koratala is yet to decide on this offer.

Koratala made a sensational debut to direction with Prabhas’ Mirchi and very recently, his second film, Srimanthudu became the second biggest hit of all time in Telugu Cinema. So, Vishal feels Koratala is a safe bet for his straight Telugu venture.
