Pawa Kalyan- Ram Charan flick to roll on early next year

It has been months since Pawan Kalyan announced a film with his nephew Ram Charan but it stood as just another announcement. However, Cherry, who is currently working for DVV Danayya-Sreenu Vaitla’s project, said that his next film will indeed be with his babai. "We will start the project early next year by when  he will wrap up ‘Gabbar Singh 2’,” he said. 

He was speaking at an event in Hyderabad on Friday. Talking about his father’s 150th project, he said, “Puri Jagannadh garu is working on the second half. Dad liked the first half and if Puri convinces him with the second half, he is the director. He is currently busy with Varun Tej’s film.”

When asked about the prospects of VV Vinayak taking over the project from Puri, Charan chose to answer in a diplomatic tone. “The script is the key. Puri has come up with an interesting first half and dad endorsed it straightaway,” he said, not ruling out Vinayak’s name.
