Love 24×7 Review

Yet another female director entered the industry through the film Love 24×7.
Produced by Mukesh R Metha along with Dileep, Love 24×7 deals with the inner side of channel programs, where Dileep plays the role of a news reader of a popular channel
The story of Love 24×7 takes place in and around media and media people’s life. We can see an honest attempt to portray the life and struggles of people works in our popular medias. They too have their problems and sometimes has to act against their own will and personal satisfaction to keep things going in their profession as well as in their personal life; which is essayed through two characters named Roopesh Nambiar and Kabani enacted by Dileep and Nikhila Vimal. Their love affair forms a major part of the narration of the first half. Then it becomes a lot more serious with the problems faced by the workers of media persons and also about the competition in the media field. The characters played by Suhasini and Sasi Kumar named Sarayu and Satheesh also has a key role in the moving forward of the story. It also discusses about the priorities in relationship of different people.
Coming to performances, Dileep showed a powerful character, avoid the exaggerated mannerisms, with a natural acting style. He proved himself worthy for the title ‘Janapriya Nayakan’ yet again.
Debutant Nikhila Vimal, the lady lead also marked her entrance with a good performance; proved to be a promise in future.
Meanwhile, veterans Sreenivasan, Suhasini, etc along with Sasi Kumar supported the film well with their elegant performances.
Sreebala K Menon, who wrote and helm the movie, seems to be a promising talent to M-Town in directional field; which not much females are involved.
Wonderfully captured shots by Sameer Haq added beauty to the movie, along with the editing by Mahesh Narayanan. Bijibal’s music once again proved to be a good supporting aspects in movies, adding a huge support to the movie.
In short, though not a full through entertainment, Love 24×7 stands as a worthy movie to watch, which stands as a feel good movie till the end.
