Baahubali's Competitor Coming In September

For Tollywood folks, there is nothing like a competition between Baahubali and Rudramadevi, because they both belong to same genre yet they are different in terms of story. Rajamoulli's Mahismathi world is a pure fiction while Guna Sekhar's Kakatiya kingdom is pure history. However, there is a competitor for Baahubali from neighbourhood tinsel town, at least that is what they think.

If Baahubali has clocked around 15 lakhs hits on YouTube on its arrival on first day, Tamil hero Vijay's epic action film 'Puli' trailer got more than 20 lakh clicks. Taking this as a measure of craze among audiences, many critics have opined that 'Puli' is the perfect competitor for Rajamouli's magnum opus. This flick is now eyeing a release date in September; probably it will hit on 15th of that month. That is nearly after two months of Baahubali's arrival.

Technically speaking, Rajamouli's movie has quite upper hand maybe due to its 3 years of production or 250 crores budget that have shown fantastic visual effects. But Vijay fans do challenge that 'Puli' will become the highest grosser from South after it releases. Having such confidence is good, but trade pundits say Baahubali's magnanimity is quite larger than what Puli is boasting of. Let's see.
