Pic Talk: Bhoomi Puja for Baahubali Audio Launch!

The traditional Bhoomi Puja of Baahubali audio launch took place at Sri Venkateswara University grounds a short while ago. Usually Bhoomi Puja is held to please Bhoomatha apologizing her for any injuries she sustain when carrying a work on a land. Rajamouli's son, Karthikeya and AP Film Chamber President, NV Prasad graced the occasion.

Karthikeya performed the pooja. With this Pooja, the works for erecting the dais, making seating arrangement, making tents to prevent issue of rain and others will start. The event is expected to happen on 13th of this month. The official announcement regarding this is awaited from the makers.

The event was supposed to happen on 31st of last month at HITEX. But Telangana police refused the permission on security grounds. Same with the case of all venues in Hyderabad and so the makers have shifted the event to AP. A record number of fans are expected to grace the event in Tirupati.

The audio release event of the movie is also a sensation of sorts. The event telecast rights have gone to TV5 News Channel for a whopping 1.5 Crore which is the highest in Telugu industry so far. Lahari had bagged the audio rights of both Telugu and Tamil versions for 3 Crore which is another record.
