The film was inaugurated by Mammootty; by giving 20 sewing machines to poor womens; offering a helping hand to them.

Utopiayile Rajavu is a satire movie; scripted by PS Rassaq, who earlier delivered hits like Amen to M-Town industry. The film will see Tini Tom, Sreekumar, Joy Mathew, Sunil Sugatha, TG Ravi, KPAC Lalitha and many more playing vital roles.

The pooja function of the film was held at Avenue Centre; Ernakulam within the presence of renowned directors and producers including Faazil, Lal Jose, Thampi Kannanthanam, GS Vijayan, Akku Akbar, Siyad Kokkar, Milan Jaleel, Evershine Mani and Mathrubhumi Chief Manager KR Pramod.
