Tabu to play Katrina Kaif’s elder sister in Fitoor!

Tabu stepped in after Rekha abandoned Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer Fitoor. But did you that Tabu did not accept the film as soon as she was offered to be Rekha’s replacement? So, Rekha staged a walkout from Kapoor’s film a few days ago after she was upset with the way the makers were presenting her. And so immediately after this episode the makers sought help from Haider actress, who also turned down Miss Havisham’s character. Apart from the dates and the moolah being offered, Tabu wasn’t very happy to be a ‘replacement’ for Rekha. Abhishek Kapoor and Sidharth Roy Kapur then assured Tabu that her role will be worth her time and efforts. Finally, the three agreed and concluded that Tabu would play Katrina’s sister in the film. A source close to this development said, “Tabu is playing Miss Havisham, but with a twist. She will be playing Katrina’s older sister in the film.”

Looks like Fitoor is living up to it’s name. With Tabu in, we hope Abhishek and Sid Roy Kapoor’s this new trick works for the movie that is said to release next year in February.
