Laila O Laila : Mohanlal and Amala Paul in For Another Thriller

ohanlal and Amala Paul is ready to thrill us with Joshiy's Laila O Laila ( LOL ). The Malayalam movie, which is expected to be a fun action packed comedy thriller, is the second outing of this trio. Their previous film 'Run Baby Run' was a super duper hit in Malayalam movie and the shaping of this project also has some similarity with the earlier movie. The crazy title of this Malayalam movie Laila O Laila has been in news ever since the announcement of the project. Adding to the title's name, the presence of our megastar Mohanlal and bubbly girl Amala Paul along with the hit director Joshiy has made the movie one of the most anticipated film of the time. Laila O Laila is very crucial to Joshiy as his last three movies failed to make changes in the box office. But when he comes with his best team mates, there is nothing much to worry for us other than just enjoying the show. 

One of the key reason why this Malayalam movie has got this much hype is because of the man behind its script work. It is none other than Suresh Nair, the one who has penned the scripts of Kahani, D Day, Namasthe London and Bang Bang. This is the first time he is writing scripts for a Malayalam movie. The script was written long back.

Along with Mohanlal and Amala Paul, the cast of Laila O Laila looks colorful with the presence of Sathyaraj, Kainaat, Arora, Joy Mathew, Rahul Dev,  Abhijeet Paul, Kalakalyani and Junaid Sheikh. Junaid Sheikh is handling the role of the main villain in this movie. He was also part of Joshiy's last movie 'Salam Kashmir'. Ramya Nambeeshan is also reported to be a part of this Malayalam movie in a cameo role. The buzz is that thestory of Laila O Laila is set in the backdrop of Bangalore city and it revolves around two business people, played by Mohanlal and Satyaraj. 

Now the shootings work of the film is over and post production works are going on. The key shooting locations of this Malayalam movie Laila O Laila were Kochi, Bangalore and Bellari. It was planned to be shot in Mumbai, but was then later shifted to the said locations due to some issues. 

The release date of Laila O Laila has not announced yet. The tentative date will lay in the last weeks of April. It was planned for 2014 Christmas release, but then later postponed and the latest buzz is that the movie will be there to entertain us in the month of April as a summer release. The movie was delayed owing to the knee problem suffered by Mohanlal in the later stages of shooting. Though director Joshiy was planning to shoot the action sequences using dupe, Mohanlal resisted it and he has joined the team after getting treated as the action sequences of the movie are very much important to the movie. Action sequences were shot using six cameras. Lokanathan is the cameraman of movie Laila O Laila and stunts is done by Shiva. Before the release of Laila O Laila, Mohanlal- Manju Warrier- Satyan Anthikkad's 'Ennum Eppozhum' is ready for release. Whatever may be the release date, Laila O Laila is going to thrill us with its action packed comedy. What more do we want than seeing Mohanlal-Amala Paul- Joshiy team joining hands for a project.
