Purampokku gets a new release date – 15th May 2015

Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai tamil movie release has been extended, now its 15th May 2015. The movie co-produced, written and directed by S. P. Jananathan features Arya and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. 

Shaam and Karthika Nair will give life to other prominent characters. The theme of the movie revolves around the relevance of capital punishment in a democratic and free society. 

 

Purampokku is jointly produced by UTV Motion Pictures and S. P. Jananathan's production house Binary Pictures. 

Purampokku is a term used for a piece of land that is common to all, like a lake or a graveyard. The music is set by Varshan, while N K Ekambaram helms the camera.
