Varun Dhawan -Lauren Come Together For Campus!
It is always beneficial to begin with the ABC of any industry, in the case of Lauren Gottlieb it was ABCD that worked wonders. The actress who won hearts with that dance film and reality show, is only growing in strength. She will next be seen in Remo D’Souza’s ABCD2, with none other than Varun Dhawan, the hot favourite of the Box Office. And if sources are to be believed, she has certainly made a mark on the actor with her performance and dancing in the sequel of the popular film. Buzz is that when Varun Dhawan, the brand ambassador of Action Shoes was asked to recommend an actress who is known to have an affable appeal along with a sporty, fit physique to go with their brand persona. Varun didn’t have to think about it for more than a minute cause he already had a name, his costar from his upcoming film ABCD 2, Lauren Gottlieb.
The brand managers seem to have been very impressed with Varun’s suggestion and approached Lauren. It was only a matter of a couple of days that the dancing diva was onboard. Sources close to the film say it is hardly a surprise that the actor promptly recommended Lauren cause the two have been making a lot of news amongst crew of the film for their onscreen chemistry. “Varun as a dancer is very confident, since he has been practicing for three months.
When it even comes to dance we share great chemistry. For instance, if I am doing an air-lift, I am very confident of it. I can say we have great chemistry and sync with each other. Varun is very creative in nature and even during the shoot time he has always given his suggestions and at the same time was very open to my suggestions as well,” quipped Lauren, given both the actors love dancing, it certainly will be a treat to see. But given the release of the film is still a while ahead, their fans will get a sneak peek into their famed chemistry once the ads come out.
Working with Varun again for the commercial has been wonderful. After shooting with him in ABCD2, we have become very comfortable with each other and often have blast on the sets. If someone would have asked me to pick someone for the commercial it would have definitively been Varun only!” said Gottlieb, suggesting the admiration is mutual.
Beginning with their print campaign and moving next into television commercials, Campus shoes are looking forward to stun their competitors and make a campaign that will be the talk of the town. Lauren certainly came back thrilled with the whole experience, “The brand is youth centric it was lot of fun to shoot for them.” We for one will be watching out for this one, what say?
