John Abraham in “Aankhen 2”, will play a blind man
John Abraham has been roped in for a sequel to the hit 2002 movie “Aankhen”. The actor will play a blind man in the movie.
According to Mumbai Mirror, “Aankhen 2”, which will be directed by Anees Bazmee, will take off from where the original movie ended. Anil Kapoor has also been roped in for an important role.
“Part two will start from where Part one left off - Amitabh Bachchan getting released from jail and recruiting three new blind men, one of whom is John Abraham,” the director said.
In the 2002 film, Big B recruited three blind men Akshay Kumar, Arjun Rampal and Paresh Rawal to rob the bank where he used to work. The mission is accomplished but things don’t go as per the plan.
“Aankhen 2” will go on floors in May.
