First director to have fan club in China!

Popular Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani, who is well-known for his radical films, usually featuring renowned star Aamir Khan, apparently has a huge fan base in China. The director acclaimed fame all over the world due to his very successful movie, ‘PK’, and is one of the very few Indians to have a fan following in China.

While the director himself had very little hopes for the movie’s success in China and went so far as to say that “the movie might not run all that good in China”, ‘PK’ surprised him by alluring several movie buffs there, so much so that there is a fan club named after the talented director.

Although most celebrities prefer to maintain a friendly distance from their fans, Hirani likes to keep in touch with his fans from China and keeps himself up to date concerning their reactions to his movies.
