When Suriya refused Venkat Prabhu's first script

Before Masss, Venkat Prahu narrated a script to Suriya and it was during Mattrraan time. Suriya who like the script refused it because, the film had elements that will be suit mass actors like Vijay and Ajith who can single handedly run a film with their screen presence but Suriya wanted a film which is content oriented or concept based.

Later Venkat Prabhu narrated the script of Masss which impressed the actor as the story had elements which will be enjoyed by the kids.

Suriya’s next film is 24 with Vikram Kumar which has Samantha as the heroine and after that he will be acting in Hari’s Singam 3.
